Elevating your structure above the flood plain is a key factor in reducing the risk of flood damage. Multipoint Foundations can be used in new construction or existing retrofits to reinstate deteriorated foundations where concrete or piles have been used. Foundation frame heights can be custom designed to the require flood level but will also add to the rigidity of the system for the structure and give comfort to the home owner that they will be protected if or when a flood occurs.
